Bixby & Co is now Maine's first producer of organic bean to bar chocolate, right here on Rockland's working waterfront. Our newest product line features three single-origin 70% dark chocolate bars, with hand-selected beans responsibly sourced, respectively, from the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Guatemala. All of our delicious bean to bar chocolates are organic, vegan and non-GMO.
