How best does one show love on Valentine’s Day, February 14? Bixby & Co. believes it has the answer. Heart shaped bonbons in exotic flavors and colors packaged in a red boxes with the whitest silk ribbon.
Chef Bonnie has cast her culinary net worldwide and produced three new bonbon flavors:
- Dark chocolate confection filled with yuzu hibiscus ganache (a lemony flavored cream that takes on a pink hue from the hibiscus flower 🌺)
- Milk chocolate blood orange caramel heart-shaped bonbon
- White chocolate heart drizzled with dark chocolate, filled with passion fruit ganache.
