Bixby & Co. offers twelve luscious flavors from Gelato Fiasco's roster of Italian inspired gelatos and sorbettos. All the chocolate choices, House Chocolate; Vanilla with Bixby's Cacao Nibs; Bixby Buzz (espresso gelato with Bixby's cacao nibs
), Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt; Raspberry Truffle; Dark Chocolate Noir (sorbetto); Nibby Road (chocolate gelato with marshmallows and Bixby's cacao nibs) are made exclusively with Bixby cacao and chocolate products. Other offerings we carry in our retail store include Special Hazelnut; Madagascar Vanilla; Doughing Me, Doughing You (includes brownie, chocolate chip, and peanut butter cookie dough); Netflix and Chill (caramel, peanut butter cup and brownie bites); and Wild Maine Blueberry Crisp. 

Gelato differs from ice cream as it is made with whole milk, not cream. Also, there is  less air whipper into gelato giving it a smoother texture and greater density.
