For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the
summer months, we must ship orders via the following methods to prevent
chocolates from melting in transit:
April 28 - September 30
To ensure safe delivery, Ground Service and Next Day Air orders ship on
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sometimes Thursdays depending on where the destination address is located. To prevent your chocolates from sitting on a truck over the weekend and melting, orders are not shipped out on Thursdays (unless
overnight is selected) and Fridays.
Ground Service - UPS or USPS regular shipping rates
Available to New England states (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT)
UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day Air—all continental states--
Required for all other states outside of New England. As we cannot ship chocolates in less than two days transit. We do not ship to HI or Alaska. We do not ship to PO boxes during the warm
weather months.
We go to great lengths to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. When shipping to destinations in warm climates, we send products with a complimentary ice pack and insulated packaging in order to preserve freshness and prevent melting during transit. We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for a melted product if you choose a non-overnight shipping method for a destination where the temperature is above 70°F.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
