For the oats ⬇️
•1 oz bittersweet baking chocolate
•1 ½ cup rolled oats
•1 ½ cup oat, almond, or coconut milk
•¼ cup maple syrup
•3 tbsp cocoa powder
•3 tbsp cacao nibs
For the toppings
•1 cup fresh berries of choice
•¼ cup slivered almonds
•1 coconut nib swirl smoothie bar, roughly chopped
•Place a small saucepan over medium low heat. Add your milk alternate of choice and baking chocolate. Stirring frequently, heat until the chocolate is completely melted.
•In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate milk, rolled oats, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and cacao nibs. Stir until well combined. Portion into four jars with lids and allow to set overnight in the refrigerator.
✨Just before serving, top with fresh berries, slivered almonds, and the coconut nib swirl smoothie bar, and enjoy!
