Chocolate for every meal!
One serving:
3/4 cup quick or rolled oats
1 cup milk of your choice
1/2 TBS chia seeds
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup Bixby & Co.'s Baking Chips, roughly chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
one pinch of salt
one banana
The night before, stir all ingredients except the banana in a small-medium sized mason jar or any jar you have on hand.
Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, slice up the banana and stir into the overnight oats. Enjoy cold or warm up if desired.
