Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

I gave the chocolate lobster to a friend celebrating her 90th birthday. She loved it and reported that her grandchildren visiting from Pittsburgh really loved it.
You know, I was heading out to Michigan to visit my fathah. He was always a wicked fan of a good Maine Lobstah. I had to take an airplane on a count of Michigan being so fur from the ocean. A wicket big chocolate lobstah was just the thing. I thought he'd have to share it with his friends for sure - on a count of it being so large and all. But gosh sakes that Lobstah was gone in less than 2 days. I sure do thank those Lobstah people at Bixby for catching it. Keep up the good work. It was yummy and we didn't have to wear a bib!!

Purchased a 1# Chocolate Lobster as a gift for relatives-second year in a row. You simply cannot beat their quality.
