I really liked the older, melting, version - the new powdered format seems a bit chalky and figuring out the right amount to put in has been tricky.

Delicious chocolate treat, especially on a cold night.

Bought it for my wife, she said it was very good but a little too much cinnamon for her liking.
No worries, because everything else in that order got rave reviews from the whole family!!! Will be a customer for life!

A perfect combo of smooth flavorful quality chocolate combined with the exotic twist of roasted chilies and hints of cinnamon. This drink mix isn't a shock to your taste buds like some other spicy chocolate brands. It's more subdued - in a a perfect way. I like to imagine a group of testers working on the formula - "I little more of this... just a tad less of that". It's really quite wonderful and worth every penny. And I don't care of it's non-GMO - because it's delicious!

There is nothing that compares to “foam" milk that my granddaughters sprinkle with Bixby Chocolate bits while sitting on the kitchen counter. Morning time pleasures.

The peppermint drinking chocolate has the perfect amount of peppermint. It is not over-powering at all. It is very satisifying and GREAT TASTING! Love it!

This is the best hot chocolate mix that I have ever drank and with that hint of cinnamon on the chocolate it is superb. I like just eating the chocolate bits out of the bag.

Five stars for a hot chocolate that is not cloyingly sweet! I am so glad to discover Bixby's Mayan Style Drinking Chocolate Mix. It is delicious, and just the right amount of sweetness. I find it to be just right with half milk/half water and the lesser amount of mix. Give it a little time to sit so the mix melts completely before drinking.

Both dark and milk chocolate drink mixes were outstanding. Less so the white chocolate. Personal preference after living in Kuwait for two years drinking coffee heavily flavored with cardamom. Don’t like cardamom- tastes like Mr. Clean! Yuk.

I never received my order. The Post Office shows th at the package was delivered. But I never found it.
