Incredible Customer Service

Bixby went above and beyond when an order I placed was damaged and lost in transit by UPS. Not only did they ship me a replacement order (via USPS this time) they also included a handwritten card and included some extra goodies. Yes the chocolates and caramels are all delicious but they earned a repeat customer with their wonderful customer service.
