The base of the bar is made from Bixby & Co.’s flight of bean-to-bar chocolates, in this instance, that of the Dominican Republic. The 20 Karat Bar is made solely from Dominican Republic organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar with a Primo twist! Added to the mix is Primo’s iconic recipe for almonds, salt and rosemary, a normally savory treat served with drinks and cocktails.

I chose this along with other treats to send to our grandkids (and their Mom and Dad.) I had this one in mind for our daughter-in-law who appreciates chocolates that aren’t as sweet. Hope she liked it!
There's so much chocolate out there, but this one is truly a special bar. Perfect gift for the most discerning connaisseur.
Purchased as gifts. Recipient has said nothing which is a disappointment so I take solace they're still alive.
