Great chocolate, great customer service

I know Bixby makes delicious caramels. That's why I chose it for a (albeit) late Mother's Day gift. Turns out, I was almost too late-I missed the shipping cutoff to make it by the day, so I canceled the order. 5 minutes later, I got a call from Bixby saying they could still get my order out and it would still make it on time! Like I said, I knew the chocolates were the best, but the customerm service blew me away. So lucky to have them in my area.

We regret receiving an offer the day after we placed this order for a free sample of the toffee bar. However, we have a preference for dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate so we do not lament the belated offer so much.
